Work for developers is a small part of our practice
We have engaged in this type of work if it is a good
fit and we find it an interesting and challenging
project. The projects shown here include a 2 family
in Newton. Two single family homes in Newton and
a single family home in West Roxbury.
In these projects, as in other projects, the design
integrates the appearance and massing of the house
into the fabric of the neighborhood. We want to
avoid the typical unattractive cookie cutter design
prevalent in developer housing.
